How long is it valid?12 months from purchase. The expiry date is shown on the card.
How is it redeemed?Book quoting the code and show the card on your phone or printed when asking for the bill.
Can it be used over several visits?Yes. Any remaining balance stays on the card until used or expired.
What if the bill is higher?The difference is paid at the restaurant. The card cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can I cancel?Yes, within 14 days of purchase if the card has not been used.
